The aim of Comamos is to improve the Mexican underprivileged people’s nutrition saving unsold food from supermarkets. Comamos is not just a food bank. The food is transformed into healthy nutritious meals and the community takes actively part in the project on each step.
Right now Comamos is reaching the final step of the creation of its first community restaurant in San Miguel Azoyatla, Pachuca, Edo. de Hidalgo and is successfully developing in Culiacan, Sinaola.
